Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

* Case manages a cohort of students to monitor academic progress and initiate referrals to appropriate academic support services.
* Design and implement workshops on student success based on participants' needs.
* Provide academic advising to participants including support with course selection each term and the development of long-term educational plans.
* Document all services and interactions with students.
* Work with Central Carolina Consortium GEAR UP to provide updates on student progress and provide any needed data.
* Some travel between campuses required.
* Time limited position until August 30, 2025

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in higher education or case management.
