Job Description:

The Product Associate I is responsible for all aspects of certain investment products, supports Investment Consultants and Relationship Managers, and talks to clients when requested.



Duties and responsibilities include:



This Product Associate I role focuses on collective investment vehicles and stocks along these two basic functions:



Product Management:

• Prepares and updates customer-ready and internal-use-only presentations and guides;


• Prepares customized proposals

Product Analysis:

• Performs Bloomberg and Morningstar searches.


• Undertakes Macroeconomic research and tasks, as assigned.


• Performs studies of client holdings using Pershing’s NetExchange 360 and ReportCenter capabilities.


• Uses Morningstar and other services to generate stock reports, create investment lists and track manager and indices performance.


• Attends core funds conference calls, take notes, and circulate internally.


• Informs sales force on MF corporate events (dividends, mergers, split, etc.).


• Integral member of the products team, reporting to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of AMTI


• Collaborate with Trading desk for New Issues, Corporate Actions, Bond Proposals, portfolio rebalancing.


• Ad-hoc investment-related duties and tasks, as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or engineering is required.


Series 7 and 66 to be obtained in the first year



Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

1 - 3 years’ experience in investment/product analysis or relevant experience in broker-dealer or asset manager.



Technical and/or Other Essential Knowledge:

Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 products including MS Word, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS PowerPoint Apply Now
