Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse I to join our healthcare team in Baltimore. As an entry-level clinical nurse, you will provide direct patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Provide direct patient care and perform basic nursing procedures according to established protocols
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using electronic health records
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Respond to changes in patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care
Assist in patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment plans
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or eligible for licensure
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and basic nursing skills
Proficiency in electronic health record systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
Basic life support skills
Understanding of nursing protocols and medical terminology
Clinical rotation or internship experience preferred
