Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse I to join our healthcare team in Baltimore. As an entry-level clinical nurse, you will provide direct patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


  • Provide direct patient care and perform basic nursing procedures according to established protocols

  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using electronic health records

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Respond to changes in patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care

  • Assist in patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment plans

  • Follow infection control and safety protocols

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or eligible for licensure

  • Current BLS/CPR certification

  • Strong clinical assessment and basic nursing skills

  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices

  • Basic life support skills

  • Understanding of nursing protocols and medical terminology

  • Clinical rotation or internship experience preferred

Compensation



  • Pay Range: $34.50
