Participate in design reviews and solutioning using latest technology

Mentor junior staff in project-level tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues

Ensure all work products meets /exceeds standards
Collectively own end to end delivery
Champion the collaborative resolution of defects
Provide backup coverage for Delivery Lead
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in developing web application as microservices using cloud services and serverless technologies
Experience in Java
Bonus: Python, or other backend scripting languages
Knowledge of industry leading software engineering approaches including Test Automation, Build Automation and Configuration Management frameworks
Strong communication, organization, time management, interpersonal skills
Desired skills:
Working knowledge of both SQL and no-sql datastores
