The Wilson Agency markets products primarily in the B2B market. We have openings for career minded individuals who seek rapid advancement into management positions.

This is a full-time position in the Eastern Shore of Alabama region working with small business owners and their employees with tax savings, while providing benefits as well.

Qualifications:

• No experience is required. We train an individual in all aspects of our business to be successful in a short period of time.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively serve our clients’ needs and help them make informed decisions.
• Self-Motivated and organized with excellent time management skills and very goal oriented.
• To be successful in this industry, you will need the ability to train and supervise others

• Must have reliable transportation and clean background
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in an occasional high-paced environment.
• Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• The desire to be active in the community.
• Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
