This position is on-site at the Corporate Headquarters located in Kenosha, WI.

This position performs a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate completion of critical logistical warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, inventory control, pick list processing and shipping. May have primary responsibility for one or more of these functions and be asked to perform other secondary functions as necessary to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all inbound product is received accurately and within the established timeframe.
Work with appropriate parties to resolve any receiving issues or problems with inbound product.
Print and process cycle count orders for the assigned list of products.
Identify cycle count discrepancies over the established threshold and send them to the appropriate parties for research and resolution.
Work with team leads to create job packets and drop pick lists for lists of identified orders.
Ensure that completed pick lists are accurately closed out in order to maintain inventory integrity.
Communicate inventory discrepancies to the appropriate parties for resolution.
Follow all established processes consistently in order to maintain inventory integrity.
Prepare required shipping documents, labels, etc. for outbound shipments.
Respond to inquiries for tracking information or other shipping related questions.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP system (LN)
Minimum 1-year warehouse experience
Strong interpersonal skills, team player
Excellent ability to prioritize workload
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to be flexible in daily activities, change priorities and coordinate multiple tasks in order to meet changing business needs
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform a wide range of procedures
Ability to analyze situations to determine what action should be taken within limits of standard practice
Must be dependable; willing to work overtime and to adjust schedule in order to meet business demands
Ability to reach and grasp work and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
