Job Description:

The Clinical Supervisor directs and manages an effective clinical service delivery team using applicable principles of Social Work and/or Counseling which include - client psychosocial assessment, group and individual psychotherapy, family intervention, client/family education and treatment planning. Supervises staff and interns using solid therapeutic and case management practice.

Onboards, trains, assigns work, actively supervises, and evaluates clinicians.

Reviews treatment records for completeness, consistency, and quality of mental health services provided including application of proper techniques; ensures compliance with state and federal mandates. Medicaid/IMCANs experience required.

Provides active supervision to unlicensed clinicians, reviews cases, ensures that the family/child is receiving quality support and care from The Bridge clinical team. Maintains a list of high risk cases and touches base frequently with the assigned clinician.

Identifies staff training and development requirements and provides training and guidance to administrative and clinical staff to ensure mental health services delivery effectiveness.

May carry a caseload that includes the more complicated or emergency casework assignments as required.
