Drawing on a robust knowledge of the market, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for engaging in all aspects of the hiring experience and driving the overall recruiting strategy of the firm. Operating out of our Nashville, TN office and reporting to the Senior Human Resources Operations Leader, this position will develop, implement, and manage the recruitment strategy and process that will identify top talent in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the talent acquisition strategy across all markets and departments.

Responsibilities:


  • Stay abreast of market trends and project outlook by working with market leaders to determine hiring needs based on industry forecasts and current staffing.
  • Lead the search strategy for senior positions in the firm.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a recruitment strategy and process to identify and hire top talent in the AEC industry using varied recruiting avenues to expand the candidate pipeline.
  • Optimize and simplify recruitment technology and processes.
  • Plan and execute a strategy to attract candidates with underrepresented and diverse backgrounds.
  • Oversee talent sourcing and selection strategies through a lens of data analysis, effectiveness, and impact.
  • Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition Team to deliver recruitment strategies in line with KPIs.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process for supervisors and candidates to ensure excellent customer service and effective assignment planning.
  • Coordinate advertising and posting of positions internally and with employment agencies and executive recruiters, as necessary.
  • Partner with communications to develop recruitment materials to attract candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners and market leaders to understand key concerns and build solutions that will attract highly qualified, diverse, and critical talent.
  • Champion University Recruitment efforts to bring in new talent.
  • Attend career fairs and other HR-organized events to speak to prospective candidates about career opportunities.
  • Engage with Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) to build networks and foster relationships with ERNs to increase awareness and funnel diverse talent to job openings.
  • Serve as a resource on recruitment, benefits, employment data, compensation structures, and firmwide culture.
  • Manage the overall relocation process including the relationship and contract with the vendor.
  • Extend job offers; make relocation arrangements as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree and 10 to 12 years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, and 8 to 10 years of experience; OR Graduate degree and six to eight years of experience required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the AE industry is preferred.
  • Proactive strategic search experience, ability to manage multiple priorities, desire to work with senior stakeholders, and deliver in a fast-paced and high-performing environment.
