We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical Loan IQ subject matter expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with Commercial Lending and Loan Operations stakeholders to analyze business needs, develop and implement technical solutions, and support current and future IT and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending and loan products, Agile methodologies and commercial lending systems with a focus on providing end-user value by delivering timely and effective solutions that incorporate best practices.
Please list key responsibilities for the role:
Analyze current software implementations and propose and implement changes designed to improve business and IT efficiencies.
Serve as a point of contact for the vendor, commercial lending, and loan operations and serve as a liaison between these groups.
Work with business users and vendors to analyze new software features and upgrades and provide an impact analysis on downstream processes and systems.
Ability to drive business discussions and derive requirements for application configuration.
Analyze problems/trends with client systems and applications and implement changes to avoid recurrence.
Create and maintain technical documentation as necessary for operations and security audits.
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Support various internally developed and vendor developed systems.
Provide routine and emergency production support by performing analysis, assessing risks and offering solutions for resolution.
Respond to impacted parties in a timely manner and keep management informed on status.
Key skills/experience qualifications for the role:
Experience with Loan IQ product configuration required.
5+ years of professional IT and business systems/analysis experience.
Strong understanding of commercial lending business processes.
Understanding of regulatory concepts, including but not limited to SOx.
Experience with SQL Server required.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Excellent and proven interpersonal skills to include: verbal, written and technical communication.
The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $115,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
