Key responsibilities:


  • Complete all duties to ensure flawless completion of the Materials Requirements Plans in support of the product Supply Plan.


  • Liaise with key functions to determine timely updates to material plans, accounting for changes in plans or material availability.


  • Successfully implement key tasks to support inventory plans and optimization initiatives.


  • Convert planned orders into material plans, including creation and management of material planned requirements.


  • Collaborate with Supply Planner and Schedulers to keep material plans up to date and responsive.


  • Build and maintain detailed material planning parameters in Planning systems.


  • Convert material requirements plans into Purchase Orders.


  • Expedite material availability through liaison with procurement and teams involved with inbound material processing.


  • Build and manage critical metrics related to material to ensure accurate understanding of material availability.


  • Complete necessary material availability, mobilization, or write actions to support efficient inventory management while reducing scrap/waste.


  • Develop safety stock and inventory plans with collaborators to meet production plans.


  • Track, report, and facilitate timely material availability including testing and release for production.


Key requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life science, business, industrial engineering, or related field.


  • Proven ability to influence both Supply Chain and functional leaders to support inventory management/strategy recommendations.


  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.


  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


  • Competence in applying Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports.


The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $91,800- $107,100. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
