Serve as a leader in the development and execution of Site Merchandising strategies across high visibility/impact areas of the website to drive eCommerce and omni-channel sales. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (i.e., Digital Merchandising team and Digital Experience members) to ensure strategy and site plan align with business priorities. 4+ years experience in merchandising, marketing, or digital with demonstrated understanding of eCommerce, retail merchandising and customer behavior
Demonstrated ability to coach and train others
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively and with agility to partner with multiple teams
Ability to achieve objectives through others
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Understanding of eCommerce operations and technology used to deliver eCommerce experiences
Strong understanding of website merchandising, user experience, and eCommerce best practices

Any experience bringing customer-facing eCommerce or omnichannel products to market
Create a highly engaging digital merchandising experience through a strategy based on customer insights, site metrics and data

Partner with Digital Experience team on experience strategy and planning of site experiences, and integration of Kroger Precision Marketing monetization opportunities
Partner with Merchandising, Promotions, and business teams to develop online roadmaps, including key assortment priorities, business objectives and promotions, to deliver eCommerce sales
Work closely across Marketing and SEO teams to optimize traffic to the site for the area of business
Partner with Digital Product Management and Technology on new features and functionality to ensure customer experience features and enhancements account for merchandising requirements to drive sales and enable our business to be successful in the eCommerce space
Partner with 84.51 and Analytics team to understand site trends, customer insights, data, and purchase behavior
Seek out and identify consumer, market, industry and global trends for new ways of meeting customer needs and driving engagement; continuously monitor the competitive landscape
Educate and communicate digital strategy to business partners by providing them with the tools that will allow them to execute against business plan(s)
Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
