In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality, patient-centered health care. What You Can Expect:
Non-Traditional Emergency Medicine Opportunities
Direct patient care from our Emergency Medicine Physicians
Observation Units staffed by our hospitalist teams
Collaborative mixed-specialty department, comprised of emergency medicine, family medicine, and hospitalist physicians working together and learning from each other
8-10 hour shifts
Advanced Urgent Care or Urgent Care settings
Limited overnight coverage
No Behavioral Health Observation
Minimum Requirements:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine
Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
MAPMG Physicians:
Practice patient-centered, culturally competent medical care
Complete professional liability coverage provided at no cost, 100% reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunities
The starting hourly rate for this position is $200.00 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
