Judson Group has been retained by a growing, top-rated RIA with over $19B in AUM in the search for a Wealth Advisor - CFP. As a client-facing role, this position will collaborate with Managing Advisors and other service team members to develop and execute on client relationship plans, aiming to enrich their lives, earn their trust, build financial plans, and deliver results. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing sophisticated wealth management and investment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage existing client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
Manage the day-to-day aspects of client engagements as a member of a team.
Introduce and implement financial plans, estate, tax, and retirement plans to clients.
Prepare for and lead meetings with clients and prospects.
Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
Gather client data including financial constraints and goals.
Manage account administration, cash flow, and all financial/retirement planning inquiries.
Coordinate the execution of trade orders with the Asset Management Department (AMD).
Work with client support team to provide an exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
BA/BS Degree required.
CFP required.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a lead advisor.
Strong knowledge of the financial planning process, related services and client servicing needs.
Strong knowledge of investments and portfolio management fundamentals.
Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
