Northside Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic healthcare finance team. This role focuses on conducting complex financial analyses and modeling projects, with emphasis on physician compensation structures and healthcare metrics.
Essential Functions
Lead complex financial analysis projects focused on physician compensation and practice profitability
Create and maintain detailed financial models and pro forma statements
Generate comprehensive physician compensation reports and practice P&L analyses
Provide strategic insights through financial modeling and variance analysis
Mentor junior analysts while managing multiple high-priority projects
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Administration
2+ year finance experience (post graduation)
Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
MBA/MHA
SQL proficiency
Location Requirements
Position is based in Metro Atlanta, Georgia
Local candidates and those willing to relocate to Atlanta will be considered
Must be able to work onsite daily at our Atlanta location
