We are seeking a skilled Financial Advisor / Wealth Advisor to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, develop tailored strategies, and provide exceptional service while fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build trust and deepen relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and goals.
Develop customized financial plans in collaboration with internal teams.
Advise on comprehensive wealth management strategies, including investments, retirement, and estate planning.
Drive business growth by converting leads, networking, and supporting development efforts.
Leverage CRM tools to document client interactions and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
Proven success in exceeding sales goals with a results-driven approach.
Strong expertise in financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro preferred).
Series 65 or Series 7 + 66 licenses required, CFP® or CFA® certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (preferred).
