Job Description:

Fluvio is hiring a Senior Manager, Product & Lifecycle Marketing on behalf of a company that is redefining the POS category.

We are partnering with our client who has brought a next-gen POS system to market that is purpose built for High-Volume Bars and Restaurant. Their system blends modern intuitive technology and data with hospitality excellence; transforming the way bars and restaurants do business. Reporting to the CMO, the Senior Manager, Product & Lifecycle Marketing will be a key player in driving product adoption, engagement, and retention through strategic communication and education initiatives. This role bridges the gap between product development and customer success to ensure partners maximize value from the company's platform.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Communication
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies and communications
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning
  • Manage monthly performance recap communications across customer segments
  • Produce explainer and training videos for new features
  • Maintain product pages and learning center content

Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Design and implement customer onboarding and education programs
  • Create and manage targeted campaigns to drive feature adoption
  • Develop and execute upsell/cross-sell communication strategies
  • Manage customer feedback and survey programs
  • Track and improve product adoption metrics

Cross-functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Product team on feature releases and roadmap communication
  • Partner with Customer Success on engagement strategies
  • Work with Content team on case studies and testimonials
  • Support brand marketing initiatives with product-focused content
  • Manage customer communication calendar and channels

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience
  • Proven success in driving product adoption and engagement
  • Strong experience with email marketing and customer communication
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration
  • Background in data analysis and customer insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS or technology products
  • Background in hospitality/restaurant technology
  • Understanding of mobile payments or fintech
  • Experience with customer education and enablement programs
