Elevate your career with CHAGEE as our Field Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead the charge in bringing CHAGEE's brand to life in local markets. What you'll do:
Plan and Execute field marketing programs that align with national strategies, tailoring them to local market needs and preferences.
Allocate and manage the field marketing budget to ensure the highest ROI for regional campaigns.
Analyze consumer behavior and local market data to inform and refine field marketing activities.
Partner with activation agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and activations.
Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to adapt and implement national plans for local success.
Oversee promotional programs, activations, and events to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Local Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with influencers, retailers, and external stakeholders to amplify regional marketing efforts.
Monitor, analyze, and report on field marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support and enhance sales objectives.
Manage all logistics for events, trade shows, and field activities, ensuring flawless execution.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the field marketing team, driving local market growth and engagement.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Experience you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in field marketing or a related role, with a strong focus on local market execution.
Experience working with brand marketing teams to adapt national plans for local success.
Deep understanding of regional marketing strategies, customer behavior, and community engagement.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
Proven ability to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
