???? Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager at Mark Brower Properties, you will be a key player in executing their marketing strategy with the goal of increasing lead volume from 40 to 100+ leads per month. You will leverage both traditional and modern marketing tactics, manage contractors and vendors, and produce high-quality content that drives results. Your role will be a blend of creativity, project management, and analytical prowess, ensuring that their marketing resources are optimized for maximum impact.

*This person is expected to work at their office in the Southeast Vally at least 4 days a week!

???? Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Execution: Execute on the marketing strategic vision to significantly increase lead volume. Manage and optimize marketing resources to achieve measurable results.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality written and visual content that aligns with their brand and drives engagement. This includes creating new assets and maintaining recurring content like newsletters.
  • Contractor/Vendor Management: Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed effectively and on time.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze marketing performance, including checking stats, to identify areas of improvement and ensure that lead generation goals are met.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies for new marketing programs, such as agent referral systems and direct mail campaigns, and execute those that show promise.
  • Resource Management: Drive quality lead volume at the lowest possible cost while maintaining the integrity and quality of the brand.

? Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Experience as a Marketing Associate/Technician or within a successful agency.
  • Real estate marketing experience is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in both traditional and modern marketing tactics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and contractors simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
  • Creative thinker with a talent for producing engaging content.

? A Day in the Life.

Start your day by reviewing key marketing metrics and identifying areas for optimization. You'll then move on to content creation, developing both new assets and recurring content like newsletters. In the afternoon, you may conduct a feasibility analysis for new marketing initiatives, such as an agent referral program or direct mail campaign, before moving on to managing contractors and ensuring that all marketing activities are on track. Throughout the day, you'll be balancing creativity with analytics, making sure that all marketing efforts are driving measurable results.
