Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of Partnerships to lead our partnerships strategy, build strong alliances, and drive mutual growth with key partners. This role will play a critical part in expanding our ecosystem, enhancing our value proposition, and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and scaling partnerships in the B2B SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities to align with business objectives and drive long-term growth.
Partner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including technology providers, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
Collaborative Strategy:
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to design co-marketing and co-selling initiatives that maximize partner engagement and ROI.
Ecosystem Growth:
Expand the partner ecosystem by onboarding new partners, managing certification programs, and scaling existing relationships.
Revenue Enablement:
Establish joint business plans and track partner performance, ensuring clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Operational Leadership:
Define and implement processes, tools, and frameworks to support a scalable partnership program.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for collaboration and differentiation.
Team Building:
Build and manage a partnerships team as the function grows, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Qualifications
Experience:
8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within the B2B SaaS industry.
Proven success in establishing and growing partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact.
Skills:
Deep understanding of SaaS business models, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities and partner performance metrics.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner relationship management platforms.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
