Position Overview - We're excited to announce the launch of BMORE Studio's Official TikTok Headquarters in Fells Point, Baltimore! We're seeking talented, driven, and passionate livestreamers to join our Offline Creator Program.
This part-time, in-studio position offers you the chance to livestream directly from our cutting-edge TikTok studio, fully equipped with props, sets tailored to your genre, and a professional creative team to elevate your content and accelerate your growth.

Key Responsibilities -
Live Streaming: Stream live on TikTok for at least 60 hours across 20 days a month in our studio.
Audience Engagement: Interact with your viewers, grow a loyal fanbase, and keep your audience captivated.
Content Creation: Collaborate with a creative team of editors, photographers, directors, and more to produce high-quality content.
Brand Development: Work closely with BMORE Studio's management to build and grow your personal brand.
Goal-Oriented Streaming: Hit diamond targets and milestones with support from our team to maximize your earnings.
Qualifications -
Passion for TikTok and live streaming, with knowledge of current trends.
Talents in hosting, music, dance, acting, or similar skills.
Ability to captivate and engage an online audience.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
TikTok account highly preferred.
