Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of point-of-sale (POS) materials, retail marketing collateral, and trade events. This role will focus on sourcing, producing, and managing the distribution of high-quality POS and sales assets to drive brand visibility and support sales efforts, as well as the planning and management of all trade related events. The ideal candidate is skilled in vendor management, has experience with sourcing and production, and can efficiently coordinate multiple projects to support our retail and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the trade marketing program, establishing core systems and processes to support field and retail teams with effective POS, wearables, field assets and marketing collateral management
Source, order and manage inventory for marketing materials such as POS, dealer loaders, giveaways and wearables
Oversee the creation, tracking, and fulfillment of all marketing materials to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock levels
Create marketing presentations for retailer pitches and reviews
Support sales team on the development of retailer presentations, on-site meetings & events
Responsible for creating program slides, managing order forecasting, tracking shipments/placements, and ROI reporting for dealer loaders
Plan, coordinate and represent Bloom at trade shows, distributor meetings and retailer events. Manage event logistics, booth design and promotional material to maximize impact
Oversee all trade event logistics, including reviewing exhibitor kits, registration, booth development, set-up, tear-down, shipping, AV, staffing, and vendor coordination
Manage trade event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or brand image
Support IRCs development through forecasting, design, printing, shipping, redemptions
