We're currently looking for a hungry, curious and detail-oriented Paid Media Analyst to join our growing Analyst team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Daily Responsibilities
Oversee multiple paid media accounts in Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and other media platforms
Work with client and internal team to establish strategic direction for accounts
Expertly analyze and diagnose account performance metrics to optimize towards client goals - and improve even further after that. Push for constant improvement, testing and scaling
Produce high quality deliverables and analyses that wow our clients and always show the how, the why and the what are we going to do about it
Communicate effectively with the team and clients on said high quality optimizations, deliverables and how you're crushing it
Produce brief weekly reports recapping key insights and plans for the week
Create and establish internal processes and procedures with an ability to innovate for our company
Requirements
Ideally 2-5 years of PPC data analysis, media buying and campaign management experience (agency or strong in-house background)
Expert understanding of Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram/Meta Ads, and other paid media outlets and the strategies and tactics behind them
Current certification in all 5 Google Ads courses (or willingness to complete within 30 days of hire)
Strong understanding of Google Analytics is a plus, Google Analytics 4 certification also a plus and required within 90 days
Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and tools such as Unbounce, Hotjar, etc also a plus
Exceptional?attention to detail - if you've made it this far in the job posting and read this, please mention in your phone interview
Ability to manage and optimize up to $1M in media spend across multiple accounts
Participate in client meetings to gather account requirements, share performance updates and strategize on opportunities
Able to join us Monday - Friday in our office in Scottsdale (1 day per week remote eligible upon 90 days of successful employment)
