Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, implement, and optimize marketing programs that engage, retain, and grow our customer base. This role will be instrumental in creating personalized customer experiences across the lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in B2B SaaS marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lifecycle Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy to drive engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Onboarding Excellence:
  • Create and manage onboarding campaigns to ensure new customers adopt our platform and realize value quickly.
  • Engagement Campaigns:
  • Design targeted email, in-app messaging, and content marketing campaigns that nurture customer relationships and encourage product usage.
  • Retention Focus:
  • Identify churn risks and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-Sell & Upsell Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop campaigns that drive product adoption and expansion within accounts.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and measure the impact of marketing efforts on key performance metrics.
  • Collaboration:
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and business goals.
  • Continuous Optimization:
  • Test, iterate, and refine campaigns based on data insights to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, customer retention, or related roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience with email marketing, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, campaign management, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different audience segments.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization techniques.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
