As a Director, Membership Growth at Finseca, you will be an integral part of the membership team that will identify, contact, and close future Finseca members. This role is ideal for goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals that are looking to develop valuable sales experience within a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities are to support our organization's overall membership, as well as event revenue growth objectives.
Essential Functions
MEMBERSHIP GROWTH
Identify, contact, and close prospective members using both in-bound leads and prospecting strategies.
Establish relationships in non-traditional markets for purposes of recruiting new members.
Nurture relationships with key members and prospect contacts through consistent engagement.
Research potential members and identify key information to prepare Vice President of Membership and other association executives for sales appointments.
Co-lead development of digital marketing and prospecting campaigns.
Provide insight into the views of prospects and new members for purposes of product and service development, analysis and planning.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual membership and revenue targets.
EVENT REGISTRATION GROWTH
Identify both members and prospects within target companies that are candidates to attend our two annual meetings.
Work closely with marketing/communications, technology, and events teams to align membership initiatives with broader organizational efforts.
Represent the organization at Finseca as well as industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote membership.
Skills & Experience
4-6 -yr of professional experience, including internship roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong servant leadership ethic.
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage under pressure and tight timelines to achieve positive outcomes.
