This position combines operational management, strategic marketing, and client-focused relationship building to deliver personalized, high-quality experiences for our members as well as assisting the CEO. Full time - able to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing and Brand Development:
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential members.
Design campaigns to engage existing members, foster loyalty, and encourage referrals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital and traditional platforms.
Strategic Leadership:
Work with the leadership team to develop initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive business growth.
Analyze performance metrics to refine marketing efforts and optimize client acquisition strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to expand brand reach.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with the club's high standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and member satisfaction.
Support long-term growth initiatives while maintaining exclusivity and quality.
Client Relationship Management:
Guide prospective members in selecting the best membership options to suit their goals and preferences.
Build and nurture relationships with members, providing personalized support throughout their journey.
Leverage member feedback to refine services and maintain excellence in client experiences.
Executive Support:
Assist the leadership team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
Coordinate priorities effectively and maintain a proactive approach to meeting organizational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations, marketing, client relations, or a similar role, ideally within luxury services.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
