Soho Club is a premier service specializing in fostering meaningful connections among distinguished individuals in elite social circles worldwide. We are seeking a talented professional to take on the dual role of Business Development and marketing. This position combines operational management, strategic marketing, and client-focused relationship building to deliver personalized, high-quality experiences for our members as well as assisting the CEO. Full time - able to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing and Brand Development:
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential members.
  • Design campaigns to engage existing members, foster loyalty, and encourage referrals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital and traditional platforms.

Strategic Leadership:
  • Work with the leadership team to develop initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive business growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine marketing efforts and optimize client acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to expand brand reach.

Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with the club's high standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and member satisfaction.
  • Support long-term growth initiatives while maintaining exclusivity and quality.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Guide prospective members in selecting the best membership options to suit their goals and preferences.
  • Build and nurture relationships with members, providing personalized support throughout their journey.
  • Leverage member feedback to refine services and maintain excellence in client experiences.

Executive Support:
  • Assist the leadership team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate priorities effectively and maintain a proactive approach to meeting organizational objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, marketing, client relations, or a similar role, ideally within luxury services.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
