Our AEC client is looking for a marketing manager to join their team FTE! This opportunity is hybrid, with 3-4 days onsite in Portland, Oregon.
In this role you will:
- partner with technical and marketing/communications staff to research, write and develop authentic and compelling stories about the firm, key personnel, and our projects for proposals
- assist with basic layout of proposals
- work with directors and clients to drive strategy in support of prepositioning efforts and critical proposal planning meetings for designated market(s).
The ideal marketing manager will have:
- 5+ years AEC marketing experience
- experience managing teams
- ability to own a room and bring differing opinions together
- strong project management skills, including coordination with internal clients and task-supervision of staff
- proficiency in Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- ability to hone large amounts of content into cohesive and persuasive marketing proposals and client materials.
- experience collaborating with business leaders as a strategic partner to drive proposal strategy assessments and business development efforts.
