Form 10 Group has an immediate opening for the right person to lead our recruiting and hiring functions.
The Hiring Manager will primarily be tasked with managing recruiting and onboarding of new team members to support a busy IT project schedule and ongoing technical field support. Our work is performed all around the country and in Canada. This job requires superior organizational and administrative skills and at least 4 years of relevant human resources and recruiting experience in a high growth environment. The job location is onsite at our HQ in Tampa, Florida. Previous experience using ADP and ADP Workforce is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Manage the company's recruiting and onboarding efforts
Work alongside and lead the other members of the HR team to ensure staffing requisitions and manpower requirements are fulfilled on time.
Write job postings, screen applicants, conduct video and in person interviews and make hiring recommendations
Oversee complex background check and clearance processes for multiple customers and programs.
Keep detailed and up to date records of technicians' qualifications and multi-state background clearances
Prepare background clearance and onboarding paperwork
Continually communicate and follow up with candidates to ensure teams are ready to go, and in place for project start dates
Support project logistics and travel requirements as a backup as needed
Work with bookkeeping staff to review and manage contractor travel expenses and payments
Perform company HR and administrative duties
Provide training to the junior members of the HR team
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (4-year program)
4-5 years of experience working in HR, hiring and onboarding, recruiting, or as a staffing coordinator or office manager with heavy HR and recruiting duties
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Comfortable working within a time-compressed period and ability to meet strict deadlines
Must be willing to work on-site/in person Monday - Friday in our Tampa, FL office.
Bias for action
Strong communications skills including ability to provide clear and detailed instructions both written and verbally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Proficiency using ADP
Experience working in the IT industry, public sector or other regulated industry is helpful
Understanding of and ability to interview for many types of technical jobs is helpful
US Citizenship required by our customer base; no dual citizenship permitted
Experience level: 4-5 years of experience in HR, recruiting or staffing
