Our client is hiring a contract LMS Administrator (Associate level) for a one year assignment. The Associate, LMS Administration, supports the organization's LMS (preferably ComplianceWire) and other software systems. This role involves maintaining training systems, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates, and supporting internal and external audits/inspections. This person can work remotely, must reside in the tristate area and travel to the office periodically.
35 hour/week.
Key Responsibilities:
LMS Administration:
Manage user accounts, including onboarding/offboarding and troubleshooting system issues.
Provide LMS training for new hires and frontline customer support for users.
Develop and maintain training items and curricula aligned with GxP Quality Systems Documents.
Generate monthly overdue training reports and compliance reminders.
Create ad hoc reports and provide metrics for Compliance.
Participate in UAT for biannual LMS updates and attend LMS governance meetings.
Role-Based Training Matrix:
Update and maintain role-based training curriculums in coordination with Document Control.
Audit the matrix for accuracy using LMS reports.
Experience with SmartSheet is a plus.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of LMS administration in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Device, or CRO industries.
Skills:
Proficiency in UL ComplianceWire LMS preferred (or other LMS systems), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Ability to travel to their office periodically, must be located in the tristate area.
