Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR consulting and collaborate with leadership in a dynamic and evolving business environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive organizational effectiveness through HR strategy and implementation.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization through HR 2025 Initiatives, focusing on talent reviews, leadership training, conflict management, and more. HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders in IT, Leasing, Business Development, Sales, and Real Estate to align HR strategies with business goals. Help drive performance and operational success by advising on key initiatives related to organizational change, talent management, and business performance
  • Develop the annual goal-setting roadmap (December-January) for HR initiatives aligned with broader business objectives
  • Lead and support performance management processes, ensuring that leaders have the tools to set clear goals and provide constructive feedback. Cultivate a high-performance culture by guiding leadership in effective talent development and succession planning
  • Facilitate the use of 9-box performance assessments for senior-level employees during talent reviews to inform performance and development decisions
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in line with legal and organizational policies. Advise managers and teams on best practices for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Lead the implementation of new conflict management and leadership training programs, equipping managers with the skills to resolve workplace challenges effectively
  • Partner with the HR team to create and execute talent development strategies, supporting continuous learning and growth within the organization. Collaborate on L&D programs and ensure alignment with the company's goals and values
  • Support AI upskilling initiatives, enhancing employee capabilities to align with emerging technology trends
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to identify employee aspirations and strengths and build out learning and development programs to facilitate career growth
  • Analyze current HR systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness across teams. Ensure that HR processes align with business goals and continue evolving as the company grows
  • Champion process efficiency improvements, focusing on incubator projects aimed at generating 4+ process enhancements by 2025
  • Oversee and refine onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated into the company's culture and operations smoothly. Use feedback and data to enhance engagement strategies and promote a positive employee experience
  • Revamp onboarding resources and dashboards to provide a more personalized and efficient onboarding experience
  • Drive enhanced engagement surveys and culture programs to measure and foster employee satisfaction

HR Business Partner Requirements
  • 5+ Years of experience, preferably junior but confident
  • Corporate environment experience, with a tolerance for sales dynamics
  • Sales or Real Estate HR background preferred
