Our client, a mission-oriented life sciences company, is seeking a Director level HR Business Partner to support their Research & Development (R&D) function. As they continue to grow, they need a seasoned HRBP who can support the business with leadership development and coaching, employee engagement, change management, talent solution, ER, and total rewards. He/she will also be the People point of contact for everyone on the ground in the Pleasanton office.
Requirements:
Experience supporting and strong knowledge of the Research & Development function within a life sciences organization
Ability to be in the Pleasanton office at least twice a week
At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources
Strong understanding of California laws and requirements
