What we're looking for:
A proven HR leader with 8+ years of experience in construction or heavy civil environments.
A track record of designing scalable training and development programs.
The ability to inspire and drive cultural change while ensuring operational success.
Someone with the ability to travel 1x per week to Columbus, MS to the HQ, and 1x a month to the field.
