As a Sales Development Representatives "SDR", you'll play a critical role in generating leads, building relationships, and setting the state for the sales team. We're looking for detail-oriented, proactive professionals who excel in fast-paced environments while managing risk effectively.
What You'll Do:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients, including real estate developers, builders, and construction companies.
Use tools like CRM software, LinkedIn, and industry databases to gather information about prospects.
Outreach:
Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media messages.
Share the company's value proposition and explain how the lending services can meet their needs.
Qualifying Leads:
Engage with potential clients to understand their construction financing needs, timelines, and challenges.
Determine whether the prospect is a good fit for the company's lending solutions.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and senior account executives or lending officers.
Collaboration with Marketing:
Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, or events.
Provide feedback on the quality of leads and campaign performance.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in the company's CRM system.
Track progress toward targets and goals.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on construction lending trends, regulations, and competitive offerings.
Understand the loan products offered, including terms, rates, and criteria.
Relationship Building:
Build rapport with prospects to nurture them into long-term clients.
Represent the company at industry events or networking opportunities.
