Key Responsibilities:
Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with clients and internal teams.
Navigate and use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at an average to above-average level.
Understand the basics of complex solutions-selling and how to approach large corporations.
Identify and research potential clients using CRM tools and various prospecting methods.
Assess the "worth" of a potential client and allocate resources accordingly to maximize opportunities.
Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other channels to schedule meetings and set appointments for sales reps.
Work closely with the sales team to align on sales strategies and assist with the development of effective outreach campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with CRM systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to evaluate client potential and prioritize accordingly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Basic understanding of complex sales processes and solution-selling.
College-level comprehension of written materials.
Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
