We're looking for a Disclosure Desk Analyst who excels in reviewing mortgage loan applications, ensuring all information is accurate, and disclosing to the borrower within required time frames. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with Encompass, is very detail-oriented, and knows how to prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met. You'll be sending initial disclosures, sending changes of circumstance, and performing other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time role in our Champlin, MN office with an opportunity to become hybrid.

Position Overview:
The Disclosure Analyst is responsible for reviewing residential mortgage applications and ensuring that disclosures are prepared with accurate loan information and disclosed to borrowers within required time frames. This position will be in office in Champlin, MN; with growth towards Hybrid work opportunity.
Key Responsibilities: • Analyze new and existing loan files for adherence to Respa/Reg Z/CFPB guidelines. • Issue the Loan Estimates and accompanying compliance documents timely. • Confer with loan originators and processors regarding incomplete loan packages; quickly and precisely resolve loan disclosure and compliance questions, educate them on proper disclosure procedures and CFPB guidelines • Consult with Secondary to ensure accurate lock/pricing data on initial locks and renegotiations. • Review file disclosures for completeness and accuracy and complete tracking screens according to set guidelines • Monitor multiple pipelines to ensure timely reviews of loans for necessary redisclosure i.e.. loan amount changes, interest rate locks, program changes, APR updates. • The individual in this position must be able to clearly identify application document deficiencies and communicate the same back to the appropriate personnel. Must stay up to date on requirements for specific programs ie state Bond programs, construction loans, portfolio loans. • Maintains a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures. • Responsible for a high level of confidentiality and security while handling company information; verbal and/or written documentation. • Be open to cross training opportunities in other departments • Perform other tasks as requested.
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • 1 year of Ellie Mae Encompass experience required • Minimum of two years' overall mortgage lending experience, preferred. • Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to read, write, and communicate at a level consistent with the requirements of this position, including legal documents and to non-technical staff. • Ability to clearly organize information, understand relevant laws, identify and perform mathematical equations accurately. • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications; use critical thinking to make good decisions and meet deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously; holds self to a high level of quality. • Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic to obtain personal and company goals. • Ability to stay organized to easily retrieve information and documents as needed. • Flexibility to adapt to peak periods of heavy workload and pressure.
