Job Summary
Component Control is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative. This individual will be a self-driven, self-managed, and motivated person. They will aim for quality connected calls to warm leads and existing accounts. As an SDR, you will be responsible for new business generation in support of Region and Inside sales team as well as marketing initiatives. This is position offers salary plus commission.
Responsibilities
Sales lead development, & tracking
Develop and qualify prospects using specific sales methodology
Lead generation through qualification procedure
Maintain database of contacts/leads using company CRM (salesforce.com)
Research & Profile accounts
Maintain records of information and pipeline activity.
Manage customer accounts for the purpose of selling additional software
Pursue new sales opportunities within customer base
Prepare and coordinate proposals
Organize and administer customer meeting for Sales Teams
Interface with Finance for quote approvals and quality
Travel - Moderate
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or two (2) years sales and/or customer service experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be acceptable.
1-3 years of sales experience, sales Cycle Training a plus.
Must be a team player.
Ability to make 20-30 calls per day.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and possess excellent communications skills (both verbal and written).
Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving; discipline to maintain high volume work.
Attention to detail.
Experience in and a passion for the aviation industry a plus
Experience from Software industry a plus.
Dedicated, motivated, and driven.
Compensation: $26.00 - $28.00 hourly, plus commission plan
