POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Retail Demo Program Lead is an ideal fit for an experienced individual to lead a team involved in staffing projects at major retailers around the US. The role will work in a FUN, fast-paced environment and harness the power of our cutting-edge technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the staff selection and coordination process around booking large scale in store demo campaigns at retailers around the nation
Manage the organization and process flow of large data sets related to program scheduling and accounting
Work with the Program Management team to assign workload to appropriate Booking Agents.
Participate in Cross functional Senior Leadership Departmental Goal Setting/Tracking.
Act as a professional mentor and leader to develop Booking Agents in growing within our company.
Facilitate ongoing performance reviews and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
Participate in interviewing and hiring new employees.
Acting as an escalation point of contact for critical customer issues.
Help perpetuate lasting relationships with key clients
Work as a cohesive unit with the Sales Team - ensuring all communication is fluid throughout the business process.
Innovate fresh ideas to continually improve our company processes and culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or Higher Required
Ideally 3-5 years' experience in the field of Retail Staffing
Excellent Communication Skills, Organization, and Impeccable Attention to Detail
Proficiency w/ Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to Communicate Effectively over Phone and Email
Reliable, Determined, and Self-Motivated
Open Availability is required, as standard office hours are M-F from 8am to 5pm but job responsibilities do require follow up outside office hours. This position pays competitively commensurate with experience.
