Scoreboard Media is a company that provides state-of-the-art, full-motion, digital scoreboards to high schools and universities. We specialize in working with schools to manage and maximize sponsorship revenue for athletic and educational programs.
Sports Sponsorship Executive
We're looking for a high-energy leader who is a community builder and has the ability to generate strong relationships. If you're passionate about in-person sponsorship sales and working in the field, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Must travel within their given sales region to meet prospective sponsors face-to-face.
Actively acquire revenue from new sponsors within assigned territory to reach and exceed established sales goal/quota.
Work closely with selected schools in territory to identify sponsorship opportunities and develop customized sponsorship strategies.
Develop and implement targeted strategies to penetrate and expand the existing business.
Build and strengthen relationships with your potential and existing sponsors.
Attend local in-person events to grow lead list and represent Scoreboard Media.
Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Manage leads through the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of sales experience/developing and executing territory sales strategies.
Bachelor's degree in business, sales or related field preferred.
Applicants must be local to the Fort Worth, TX area.
Thrives on building relationships with customers and networking in-person within the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an upbeat, positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve and exceed goals.
Capable of analyzing issues and developing solutions.
Experience in the sports industry is a plus.

This position is fully remote but applicant MUST be local to the Fort Worth, TX area to qualify.
This position is a full-time role (base pay + commission)
