Ziflow was founded in 2016 by the founders of ProofHQ, recognized as the pioneer of online proofing and eventually sold to Workfront (Adobe). Ziflow team members are located in the US, UK, Poland and South Africa.

The entire Ziflow executive team has extensive experience building, growing and successfully exiting SaaS businesses in this product category.

Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Ziflow, you are responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive new business opportunities.

Reporting to the SDR Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by identifying and engaging prospective clients, ensuring a consistent and well-organized pipeline for the Account Executive team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Speaking with prospective clients via email, phone and chat and maintaining a well-organized CRM and pipeline.
  • Educating prospective clients on the benefits of Ziflow versus competitors and the "status quo"
  • Responding to inquiries and referrals from clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Generating sales qualified leads (SQLs) and opportunities (Opps) for the Account Executive team-measured on a monthly quota
