Responsibilities:
Build relationships with senior-level decision-makers and hiring managers.
Demonstrate discretion and tact in managing email, telephone calls, and other requests.
Have a clear understanding of technical roles and responsibilities and be able to effectively communicate the client's requirements to the recruiting team.
Ensure that important information and urgent business matters reach the appropriate parties in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Maintain accurate records of business activities and report findings to the team.
Conduct market and industry research to support decision-making.
Collaborate with the team for a unified client approach, and assist with scheduling and record-keeping tasks.
Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews.
Requirements:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in business-related fields.
1+ years related experience preferred.
Experience in the IT consulting and stang industry is preferred.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills.
Proficiency with MS Office proficiency(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
