As the Sr. Director of Channel and Partnerships Sales, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) and Partners. Your primary responsibility will be to establish, grow, and nurture strategic alliances and partnerships that drive revenue growth, enhance market penetration, and expand Janek's reach. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in building a scalable and dynamic partner ecosystem while achieving sales targets through innovative strategies and effective partner enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive channel sales strategies that align with Janek's overall business objectives, ensuring scalability and long-term success.
Partner Ecosystem Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners and Independent Sales Consultants to expand Janek's market presence. Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and market share growth through partnerships, ensuring alignment with sales targets and business goals.
Enablement Programs: Develop and deliver partner enablement initiatives, including training, tools, and resources, to optimize the performance and productivity of channel partners.
Go-to-Market Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and sales) to create and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize the impact of partnerships.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Innovation and Growth: Continuously explore new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive channel innovation and ensure Janek remains competitive.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in channel and partnership sales leadership roles, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Deep understanding of sales channels, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies within the professional services or sales training industry (or similar industries).
Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage independent sales consultants and strategic partners.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable strategies.
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
