Technical Sales Manager / Leader - North Carolina - US
Our client is a leading manufacturer of mobile dust extractors and stationary central vacuum systems designed for industrial and construction applications. The product range includes high-efficiency air cleaners, on-tool suction casings, pre-separators, and a variety of accessories aimed at enhancing workplace cleanliness and safety.
Due to a recent acquisition we are looking for a technical sales leader to join the international team based in North Carolina.
In short the role will be one of the first employees on the ground. Providing you hit the general criteria listed below you will be open to an enormously opportune future some of the key duties and responsibilities are listed below:
Essential Skills:
From a similar industrial / dust extraction background with strong relationships gained within the industry.
Technical sales skills - able to identify and specify a clients needs and requirements: A deep technical acumen with the ability to support potential and existing clients with complex requirements.
Manage and mentor a small but growing sales team.
Monitor sales performance and be instrumental in growing the region.
Work with the leadership team on sales strategy and implementation of the deliverables.
Relationship management.
Reporting and analytical skills.
