This full-time position offers competitive compensation within a salary range of $100,000 to $140,000, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to collaborate with a global team in a cutting-edge, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Growth: Expand market share through regional and global account development, while acquiring new customers in target markets.
Lead and Develop Teams: Manage and develop the North American Mobile Drives team, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Strengthen Customer Relationships: Provide superior technical support and training, building trust and satisfaction with customers.
Project Coordination: Oversee customer projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Market Presence: Enhance visibility through advertising, trade shows, and market analyses to drive awareness and engagement.
Travel: Up to 50% travel to support customer needs and team collaboration.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Degree in electrical/electronic engineering preferred, with additional business administration education a plus.
Industry Expertise: Proven sales experience, ideally in power electronics or automotive e-mobility sectors.
Leadership Experience: Strong track record of team management and cross-cultural collaboration.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of embedded software, mobile equipment applications, and auxiliary motor commissioning is a significant advantage.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
