The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in presenting and demonstrating the value of our products to potential clients in the telecommunications industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology in the midst of the digital transformation revolution.

The primary geographic focus for this role is Europe and North America.

Experience:

Technical Expertise: Showcase a deep understanding of software applications in telecommunications service provider industry. Experience in developing systems and solutions architecture.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in supporting Sales and ensuring customer success within the Telecommunications Services Provider industry

Client Engagement: Work closely with potential and existing customers to understand their business needs and challenges. Act as a technical expert during meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions Collaborate with the sales team in client meetings, understanding client needs, and tailoring solutions to address specific challenges.

Product knowledge: Proficiency and awareness in Generative AI-based solutions, with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience. Digital BSS transformation, online charging, billing, carrier Wi-Fi, network core 4G and 5G core.

Solution Presentations: Effectively develop, communicate and demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of Alepo's products to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Solution Demos: Configure and set up solution demos to provide hands-on experiences for clients, ensuring a clear understanding of product capabilities.

Bid Management: Bid management and defence, responding to RFx (Request for Information, Proposal, and Quotation) processes. Develop compelling and persuasive proposals along with detailed technical documentation.

Pricing: Develop solution and line-item bill of materials pricing, collaborating with the sales team to provide accurate and competitive pricing for proposed solutions.

Profitability Analysis: Provide hands-on assistance to the sales team in preparing profitability analysis for proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to enhance product offerings and market positioning.

Salesforce CRM: Accurately maintain, track, forecast, and report opportunities in Salesforce CRM as the primary reporting system.
