Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Certified Scrum Master to lead and drive Agile practices within our software development teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership, coaching, and technical acumen to facilitate the delivery of high-quality software products. Key Qualifications

Certifications:
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) required.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in software product development, with at least 5 years serving as a full-time Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience working with teams developing full-stack commercial applications, cloud technologies, and products.

Core Skills:
  • Expertise in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and coaching.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile values, principles, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in Agile techniques such as User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration/Testing/Deployment, and Automated Testing.
  • Strong experience with Agile tools like GitLab, VersionOne/Digital Agility, and defect management tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure alignment between Scrum teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-priority business objectives.
  • Champion Agile practices, building a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize metrics and information radiators to provide clear, transparent communication about team performance and goals.
  • Guide teams in Agile techniques such as story splitting, estimation, and velocity tracking.
  • Collaborate across the organization to identify opportunities for feedback and team enhancement.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices to foster a high-performing environment.
  • Maintain focus on delivering complex initiatives, spanning new products, customer applications, and technology enhancements within defined timeframes.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to Agile principles and fostering technical excellence.
