Seeking a Usability Specialist for a 6-month contract with a top pay of $45.00/hr on W2 that is 100% onsite in Culver City, CA. Will be responsible for the design and execution of research programs for internal 1st and 3rd party tools. Insights from this role will guide strategies for Marketing, Content, Sales, and Product teams, with a focus on understanding and growing their audience.
Responsibilities:
Lead research studies (e.g., episode, key-art, promotion testing; audience strategy; UX testing).
Manage ongoing data reporting and distribution for research initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to address stakeholder research needs.
Oversee all stages of research: design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills:
5+ years of qualitative and quantitative research experience.
Expertise in market research methods and independent research execution.
Proficient with Survey Design, Data Analysis, and Statistics.
Strong statistical proficiency and ability to explain concepts clearly.
Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Client management experience: ad sales and UX research experience is a plus.
