This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager in Phoenix, AZ. The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of customer strategies related to one or more customers including all products/programs from new product introduction through volume production. He/she is responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction, driving profitable business relationships and sales growth and providing strong leadership to the customer focus teams to ensure achievement of customer commitments. This role requires a background within an electronics manufacturing service (EMS) or contract manufacturer (CM).
Responsibilities:
Leader of the Customer Focus Team (CFT). Prioritize and monitors all CFT activities.
Acts as primary day-to-day customer point of contact and functions as the primary Customer contact in resolution management and responsible for the overall health of the customer relationship.
Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction (NPI): Execute standard processes, manage pricing, and prioritize ECOs.
Customer Management: Set expectations, maintain product knowledge, and understand market competition.
Supply Chain & Inventory: Monitor and manage inventory, excess, and obsolete items.
Pricing & Quotations: Handle pricing activities, negotiate with customers, and ensure accurate quotations.
Quality & Metrics: Track and correct technical, scheduling, financial, and quality metrics.
Meetings & Reviews: Schedule and prepare for Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Continuous Improvement: Drive lean culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contract Management: Understand and execute contractual obligations, including flexibility allowances and cost reduction targets.
Risk Management: Assess and manage risks, ensuring accurate quotations and inventory management.
Customer Documentation: Ensure receipt and distribution of customer documentation and quality data.
Problem Solving: Use analytical skills and problem-solving tools to address issues.
Team Management: Recruit, coach, and mentor team members, and manage succession plans.
