QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of expat HR management
- 2+ years in a leadership position
- Japanese Bilingual language ability
- Experience managing expatriate payroll and benefits
- Experience with expatriate and visa processing
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage and oversee expatriate payroll, benefits and employment tax
- Work closely with HQ to manage expat compensation and benefits
- Lead onboarding and off boarding processes
- Manage visa applications and renewals
- Provide support for expat families and relocation
- Work closely with department members, senior management
