What You'll Do:
Be a Guide, Support Growth & Learning: Supervise and support weekend shelter staff, offering training and feedback.
Model Best Practices: Incorporate and lead by example with Trauma Informed Care, Positive Youth Development, Harm Reduction, and Collaborative Problem Solving.
Ensure Consistent Operations: Maintain safe facilities and staff support.
Document the Journey: Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring that our programs have the data they need to thrive and continue serving those who need it most.
Qualifications:
Experience in youth services, social work, or related field, with minimum of one year in a supervisory role
Strong background in crisis intervention, including de-escalation and emergency response procedures, strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, access to an automobile, and active auto insurance
