Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of commercial mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems, from pre-construction through completion.
Work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of project objectives.
Oversee installations of advanced mechanical systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Bacnet.
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
Leverage industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project for detailed planning, progress tracking, and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial mechanical construction sector project management, specializing in HVAC and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Trimble AutoBid, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, with demonstrated ability to create and manage complex project schedules.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proven success managing multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes environments.
