Role Overview
The Shopify Systems and Integration Manager will manage, optimize, and scale all of our Shopify instances while ensuring seamless order flow, EDI integrations, and robust systems management. This role will own the customer experience by implementing tools and processes that enhance the e-commerce journey, manage PIM and DAM systems for seamless integration, and lead the development of a cutting-edge tech stack designed to capture and grow marketing and sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities
EDI and Order Flow Management:
Oversee EDI integrations with suppliers, distributors, and retailers to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
Manage the order flow from customer checkout to fulfillment, integrating with warehouse, shipping, and payment systems to ensure a seamless experience.
PIM and DAM Management:
Manage the Product Information Management (PIM) system to ensure accurate and consistent product data across all Shopify stores.
Oversee the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure all assets (e.g., images, videos, and content) are organized, accessible, and seamlessly integrated with Shopify.
Ensure both PIM and DAM systems support the overall tech stack and align with e-commerce goals.
Systems Management and Integration:
Own all system configurations, maintenance, and integrations with Shopify, including ERP, inventory management, CRM, and marketing tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring platform stability and uptime.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Tech Stack Development:
Research, evaluate, and recommend apps, plugins, and tools that align with business objectives.
Create and maintain a robust tech stack that integrates seamlessly with Shopify and supports marketing and sales strategies.
Ensure tools in the tech stack contribute to capturing customer insights, driving conversions, and growing revenue.
Customer Experience:
Collaborate with customer care and marketing teams to align technical capabilities with customer expectations.
Implement tools for personalized shopping experiences, streamlined navigation, and optimized checkout processes.
Develop post-purchase enhancements, such as order tracking, automated returns, and review systems.
Marketing and Sales Growth:
Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure Shopify and its integrations support revenue growth.
Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for increasing customer retention, acquisition, and overall revenue.
Collaborate on campaign execution by providing technical solutions that maximize impact.
Analytics and Reporting:
Provide insights into e-commerce performance metrics, including order fulfillment accuracy, customer behavior, and sales trends.
Use data to identify opportunities for growth and recommend technology-driven solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing Shopify stores and integrations, including Shopify Plus.
Expertise in EDI systems, order flow management, and technical systems integration.
Experience managing PIM and DAM systems, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify and other tools.
Familiarity with customer experience tools such as recommendation engines and personalized marketing solutions.
Knowledge of e-commerce analytics, SEO, and digital marketing platforms.
Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
